Loud Local Web ("we", "us") builds websites for local service businesses. This page explains what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Contact form. When you use the form on this site, we receive the name, business name, phone number, and message you enter.
- Calls, texts, and email. If you contact us by phone, text, or email, we keep the details you share so we can respond.
- Payments. Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card number. Stripe gives us details such as your name, email, and payment status.
- Your business information. If you become a customer, we collect your business details, hours, services, photos, and similar content so we can build your website.
How we use it
- To answer your request and send you a preview of your website.
- To build, host, and update your website.
- To bill you and keep records of payment.
- To contact you about your request or your account.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it except with the services we use to run the business, such as our website host, email provider, and payment processor, and when the law requires it.
Calls and texts
If you send us a request, you agree that we may call or text you about it. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or tell us on a call. We do not send marketing texts to people who have not asked to hear from us.
How long we keep it
We keep form submissions and customer records for as long as we need them to serve you and keep business and tax records. You can ask us to delete your information by emailing the address below, except for records we are required to keep.
Security
Our site runs over an encrypted connection. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this page. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
